Game Crazy Stores Closing: List not needed, all stores

Kotaku.com is reporting on some bad news for gamers, as the Game Crazy chain of stores is to begin closing down in two weeks. Glen J. manager of one of the stores in Oregon has confirmed that all Hollywood Video and Game Crazy stores will start their going-out-of-business sales in two weeks.

The chain have shut down many stores already at the beginning of the year due to its parent company’s bankruptcy restructuring. Gaming fans will now lose an alternative to its rival chain GameStop, but a lot of customers have said the Game Crazy chain has been going downhill of late.

When the liquidation sales begin some great bargains on hardware and games could be had, but expect all the best deals to run out pretty quickly. Current customers with pre-orders and gift cards can find out more information on the closures here.
