Galaxy Note 7 Otterbox Commuter, Defender Series case availability

Now that we know the release date for the Galaxy Note 7, we will start see a huge number of cases and covers being advertised for the new handset. Having said that, we have already seen a few of the big case makers show their new range.

We are very surprised at just how quick that was, as we now know the Galaxy Note 7 Otterbox case lineup, and these will consist of the Symmetry Series and Commuter Series cases, which can be purchased right now. Then there are the Defender Series cases, along with the Alpha Glass screen protectors, which are to follow soon, although no date has been given.

Even though the Galaxy Note 7 comes with Gorilla Glass 5 for increased protection, some people will find this not enough and will want to add a further layer of protection. This is where the Symmetry Series and Commuter Series of cases come in, as they have undergone a series of drop tests to ensure that your Note 7 can withstand even more than what everyday life can throw at it.

You will be surprised at just how many people choose to hide the beautiful design of these handsets away, although when you consider that there is far more protect now because of all the amazing new features in devices like the Galaxy Note 7, it does makes perfect sense.

Each case offers a varying degree of protection, and so it comes down to two things, firstly your budget, and secondly, how much protection you actually need.

Full details on these cases can be found on the PR Newswire website.
