As expected, Samsung has lifted the lid on their next flagship phone which they hope to provide direct competition to Apple’s upcoming iPhone 6. The Galaxy Note 4 Vs iPhone 6 spec comparisons are inevitably going to come in due course after Apple’s event, but for now the limelight belongs to Samsung first and we can show you what the Galaxy Note 4 is going to be capable of.
It’s going to be another beast of a phone measuring in at 5.7-inches. However, compared to the Note 3 it is going to going to feature an even higher resolution with a stunning Quad-HD resolution of 2,560 by 1,440 pixels.
The Note 4 processor is also going to be top-tier, with Samsung opting for a 2.7GHz quad-core processor on carrier models or a 1.9GHz octa-core processor for the Galaxy Note 4 International.
On top of that there will be 3GB of RAM, an upgraded 16 megapixel rear camera and an impressive 3.7-megapixel camera on the front. Gaming on the Note 4 is also going to be a complete breeze thanks to Samsung opting for the Adreno 420 GPU, which will work in tune with the 3GB of RAM to handle any multi-tasking you throw at the device.
Basically put, it looks like a monster of a phone and it’s going to be available to buy this October – no specific date yet. It looks like it’s going to be available within the iPhone 6 release bracket and it is shaping up to be a very exciting few months indeed.
Samsung has already released the full Galaxy Note 4 tech specs list here on their press release. Take a look and let us know if you are happy to buy this phone over the iPhone 6, or if you will wait until Apple’s announcement.
