Future Fight July 2015 update with 5 new heroes

We told you about rumors regarding Ant-Man and Red Hulk recently in June. Now it looks like they are both definitely on the way in a new Marvel Future Fight July 2015 update to coincide with the launch of the Ant-Man movie.

The five new characters joining the game are Ant-Man, Giant Man, Yellow Jacket, Wasp and Red Hulk. We know this as there has been an update from Netmarble on the Korean version of the website.

The format is in the same style as the Guardians of the Galaxy update, with various preview images showing what else is coming to the game.

First of all, just take a look at the image above showing the new characters – what do you think? Another big piece of information is that these five characters will be distributed in the Special Missions tab of the game in a separate chapter – i.e, underneath the GOTG missions so it won’t replace them!

We’re also hearing that in the Ant-Man Special Missions tab, players will be able to acquire unlimited shifters for the new five characters that won’t take up the 20 shifter limit from Elite or Normal missions.

Based on another preview image, it looks like Loki may be getting a Special Mission too which means that you may be able to farm his biometrics – at last.

Two other major features landing in this update are Future Fight Unions, which seems to be similar to guilds and also a Shield Development Lab where you will be able to convert biometrics and send heroes on missions – presumably to gather gold and exp over time, perhaps similar to the flight deck feature of MAA.

Once we have more details, we will share them with you but for now give us your reaction to the five new characters – can you guess the classes of them?

Update: The English version of the forum post is now available, revealing that this will be the Marvel Future Fight 1.3.0 update once it is ready. Take a look and let us know what you think about the new features.
