Fujifilm X-Pro2 specs lack 4K

The Fujifilm X-Pro2 has been a badly kept secret, as we have known for a little while that the X-Pro1 would finally be getting a successor after about 4 years. This is a top-of-the-line model from the camera maker and as such has been designed for professional photographers in mind.

Before we look at the Fujifilm X-Pro2 specs, we already know that some early reviews have pointed out one major issue with a camera of this price, and that is the lack of 4K.

To have a camera aimed at professionals and demands a price of $1,700 once released in February seems like a complete oversight. Ok, so we know that 4K isn’t everything, but more professional photographers want the best that is possible, and we know just how good the quality of 4K is.

Apart from that, the Fujifilm X-Pro2 packs some impressive features such as its 24.3-megapixel X-trans CMOS III sensor, along with its new X-Processor Pro imaging chip for improved speed when it comes to processing those images.

This model also sports extended ISO of 51,200, 8 fps of continuous shooting, Advanced Hybrid Multi Viewfinder, and also weather-resistant aluminum body; which means you are not limited to just ideal weather conditions when taking photos.

Other features include 1080p support, dual memory card slots, a 3-inch display and even a 273-point autofocus system.

Do you think the lack of 4K will prove an issue for the X-Pro2?
