Fujifilm FinePix S1 16.4MP review of digital camera bundle

When buying a new camera that is a jump up in size and technology from a previous model there are other expenses that people often forget to take into consideration, such as another memory card, a case, and also a small tripod to take some awesome still shots. Thankfully the Fujifilm FinePix S1 16.4MP camera bundle has everything you need to get up and running.

From those accessories the case is the most important, as this is often overlooked and then when it comes to buying one you get persuaded by the retailer to go over the top and buy one that you don’t really need, as well as this fact its price is double what you would really need.

Before we look at the camera, included in this bundle is the Fujifilm case, a 16GB memory card, a waterproof USB memory stick and that mini tripod with legs that are flexible to allow them to be adjusted. Just remember, this is only ideal for doing low down close shots, so if you need to do more, then you will need to purchase a full-size tripod.

The Fujifilm FinePix S1 does have a lot going for it, as we have found this a quick-shooting bridge camera that excel with its 50x zoom lens, and its built-in WiFi, which is of great help as it means you do not need to remove the memory card or get a cable out in order to transfer photos to another device.

Then there is its build quality, as its weather resistant body gives you much more scope when taking photos, as you don’t need to worry about rain, giving you more opportunity for some great shots.

It’s not all positive though, as the camera is rather noisy and so not ideal if you are in a quiet place trying to take some photos, and photos can be a little soft in low-light conditions.

Don’t let those issues put you off though, as they are a small price to pay for a 50x optical zoom weatherproof camera. If you are not put off and would like to know more, then there is a video review for your viewing pleasure below. We also have an image of the mains specs as well.
