Free iOS and Android app will save you money in the sales

We are fast approaching that busy time of year again when we hit the stores to make the most of the sales or get busy purchasing Christmas presents. Finding the best deal for a certain product can be a long and tedious task, but thankfully there is help at hand. Today we have a free iOS and Android app for you, which will save you money in the sales.

ShopAdvisor was only released last August and has already helped thousands of consumers save money that is more important than ever before. The application is a shopping list that works for the user as it keeps track of items on their shopping list. It is continually looking for changes in the price and availability for the items.

Users can take advantage of the Watch List feature that allows them to save gift and purchase ideas for later. When the price of the gift alters the application will alert the user. During September users of the application had put over $13 million products on Watch Lists, and it has helped users to over $1.1 million of potential savings.

Another great feature is the Advise Me function that provides users from a wide variety of sources advice on making wise purchase decisions. This includes information on price history, expert reviews, pros and cons, and buyer guides.

ShopAdvisor will help the consumer between that important time of shopping and actually buying, and will hopefully save you lots of money. ShopAdvisor 1.1.5 is available on the App Store free of charge. Requires iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad with iOS 4.0 or later. Android users hit the Android Market to download.
