Forza 6 Xbox One release date leak after error

The Forza 6 leaks are continuing now, as just days after Microsoft Japan accidentally went live on some major details about the game, we now have a solid Forza 6 Xbox One release date leak to share with you.

This time and not for the first time, Amazon is to blame for the leak. If we are to believe a listing that went live hours ago, Forza 6 will be released on September 18, 2015.

This is the first time that we have seen any release date attached to the game and we have a feeling that it could be real since the listing was quickly removed from Amazon France and replaced with a placeholder date of December 31, 2015.

Microsoft are obviously staying silent on this, due to the fact that they want to share the news properly at E3 2015. However that’s now two major leaks in the space of a few days and it almost feels somewhat disappointing that this wasn’t saved until E3.

Now we face a potentially anti-climatic situation when Microsoft will reveal the date at E3, but most Xbox One owners will already know about it and perhaps less buzz will be generated.

What are your thoughts on the date of September 18? Have you already decided that Forza 6 will be a day-one purchase? Remember that it is rumored to be shipping with over 450 cars to choose from – a huge increase from Forza 5 if confirmed to be true.
