Forge of Empires, login in 2 days for new changes

Those of you that don’t login to Forge of Empires everyday might want to do so in 2 days time, especially if you have been wanting some of the changes listed in the 1.21 update notes. There’s a list of bug fixes and new features, but some are more welcomed than others.

This update is titled “The new guild treasury update”, but there’s a lot more changes other than just adding a guild treasury for members to donate goods to their guild directly. This particular feature will have its own tab on the guild screen, so you’ll be able to select a good from the drop-down menu and donate right from there.

Personally, we like some of the other changes in the Forge of Empires 1.21 update. It is great to see the spoiling of supplies removed with no time limit to collect them, and thanks to being in the Modern Era we welcome the Coin production of our town increasing with age.

One reason we haven’t joined in the Guild vs. Guild battles is the lack of room to build older aged military buildings, so at this time we only have Modern Era units and don’t have a plan to create previous era units just yet. The good news is this update will add the Modern Era province to Forge of Empires GvG, so this will mean we can take part now that Progression Era won’t be the limit from March 5th.

We will certainly be heading to the Forge of Empires login page in 2 days time, and in fact this is something I personally do everyday after getting hooked on this online game a couple of months ago. You can see our initial review of Forge of Empires here, although feel free to leave yours in the comments.

Now that we’ve completed our world progression, let’s hope a new Forge of Empires continent is added to the map for us to explore in the 1.22 update. You can see the full list of changes and bug fixes on the official blog.
