Choosing the right fitness band is not as easy as you may think, as there are so many things to take into consideration, as each of these wearables do have something very different to offer. However, one of the more popular brands is Fitbit, and even though there have been issues with measuring the correct distance in the past, many improvements have been made.
The Fitbit Charge 2 was released not too long ago, and with it came a host of new features, and also minor differences with its design – the biggest off which are the two size options, Small and Large.
When it comes to choosing between the Fitbit Small or Large Charge 2, you only have to decide if you need the one that measures (5.5 – 6.7 in) or Large (6.7 – 8.1 in). There’s also an Extra Large version, but this does not seem to be a popular size option.
The Fitbit Charge 2 specs are very impressive and features a host of changes over its predecessor. The list includes PurePulse Heart Rate, Cardio Fitness Level, All-Day Activity Tracking, Auto Sleep Tracking & Silent Alarms, Long Battery Life, Multi-Sport Modes, SmartTrack, Reminders to Move, Hi-Res Tap Display, Wireless Syncing, Connected GPS, Guided Breathing, Smartphone Notifications and Interchangeable Bands.
If you are looking for a new fitness wristband and are not certain if the new Charge 2 is for you or not, then you might want to read over a few reviews first. One of the best sources is from those that already own one, as they will offer you their honest opinion, and so Amazon is the ideal place for that, as there are over 660 reviews for you to study – although not sure you will want to read through all of them.
The current price for either size is just under $150, although we never like to purchase items like this in early November, as it’s far better to wait until we get closer to the end of the month.
