It’s now December 7, 2016 and people are already thinking about losing weight in the new year. This happens every year because people tend to look back at the past year and feel they have let themselves go, and so come to the decision that it would be foolish to try to even contemplate losing weight and getting healthier over the Christmas period, and so aim to kick things off at the start of 2017.
There are many ways in which you can do this, such as spending money each month and go to a gym, but there is the big wide world out there, and so you can get out there and get fit for free. Well, we say free, but there are some things that you will need to buy before you start getting fit, and at the top of that list should be a fitness tracker, and one of the better options has to be the Fitbit Flex 2 Fitness Wristband.
The good news is, you will not have to break the bank to buy one of these, as Tesco currently has the Black and Lavender Fitbit Flex 2 for just £59.99, a saving of £20. The finny thing is, Amazon UK has also price matched them today – although they also offer Magenta and Navy.
In terms of the Fitbit Flex 2 specs, they are not as impressive as the Charge 2, but nevertheless, the features are still rather impressive considering the price – even more so now it costs £20 less. As for those features, you are able to track your steps, the distance you have travelled and how many calories you have burned, along with the number of active minutes. The SmartTrack feature will automatically know what workouts you are doing, and the band will also track how long and also how well you sleep – although we have found that this makes you a bit paranoid when sleeping.
If you are still undecided, then we would advise you to read a Fitbit Flex 2 review, although you could go one better by reading over the 43 customer reviews on the Amazon product page. The device has been given 3.9 out of 5 stars, with some people being undecided as to go for the Flex 2 or the Mi Band, and so these reviews are sure to help you come to the right decision.
