Final Fantasy Type-0 HD PS4 update

One of the surprise announcements at E3 2014 was that Final Fantasy Type-0 was finally coming to the West, with an official Final Fantasy Type-0 HD version now being ported over to PS4 and Xbox One.

We are happy to bring you some Final Fantasy Type-0 HD news now as Square-Enix has given gamers reason to celebrate by stating that Final Fantasy Type-0 is 80% completed already.

Given the infamous nature of Final Fantasy games development, this is somewhat surprising for those who had expected Square-Enix to grind out another staggered release akin to that of Final Fantasy Versus XIII which has now become Final Fantasy XV.

Aside from the good news that it is 80% complete, we can also tell you that Square-Enix has gone on record to say during PAX 2014 that the game will be out within 12 months.

This is rather good news considering that the announcement only came this Summer, so hopefully Square-Enix are planning to turn a new leaf when it comes to new game releases in 2015.

If Final Fantasy XV is being geared up for a release in the latter stages of 2015, then let’s hope that Square-Enix can actually get Type-0 HD out in the beginning of 2015 to act as the perfect stepping stone – after all, it’s 80% done.

Are you excited about the prospect of finally playing this game in English, or are you still upset with Square-Enix removing the fan creations of English versions recently?
