Off the back of the unspectacular Haye vs Harrison fight, EA Sports have released it’s first-ever ‘M’ rated title, Fight Night Champion that gives us a true-to-life representation of boxing, with authentic blood, body damage and deformation.
As reported by Kotaku and Joystiq, we can expect to see a dramatic turn of the franchise, bringing what Fight Night Round 4 gave us in the shape of “best-in-class gameplay” and it’s physics engine while upping the anti to give us “brutality, uncertainty, betrayal, and redemption.”
Exclusive screenshots as well as a trailer has been released to give us a sneak-peak into what to expect that includes between-round and in-match cutscenes makings this something to really look forward to.
Expect to see Fight Night Champion released on March 1, 2011, probably long before we see Haye square off against one of the Klitschko brothers, or Pacquiao Vs Mayweather.
Check out the trailer below, or the screenshots via Joystiq.
