Can life get any better for HTC EVO 4G handset owners at the moment? We recently told you how you can start downloading a early build of Android 2.2 Froyo, but now we have details on how you can watch the FIFA World Cup live on your handset.
As reported from BGR, both Sprint and Rogers has announced that customers will be able to tune into the upcoming tournament live, courtesy of ESPN Mobile TV on Sprint and by using the Rogers On Demand app.
Sprint states that 56 out of 64 matches will be available live on ESPN Mobile TV, and best of all – it will be free to all customers on the Everything Data plan which costs $69.99 per month.
As for Rogers customers in Canada, all 64 matches will be available, but you’ll need to pay $5 per month for the On Demand application, as well as an additional one-time $10 fee.
This shouldn’t be an issue to most of you though, as it is a small price to pay for the world’s biggest football tournament on the go.
Let us know if you’ll be tuning in on your new HTC EVO handset!
