FIFA 15 January update for Alexis Sanchez inevitable

We are closing in on the highly anticipated FIFA 15 January update for player upgrades. EA will once again take a look at which players have performed well in the season so far and one player that is almost certain to get an upgrade is Arsenal FC star Alexis Sanchez.

The winger has been the standout star performer for Arsenal so far this season and arguably the single reason why Arsenal have kept their position towards the top of the table.

Sanchez signed from Barcelona for a big transfer fee, but now that is starting to pay off as the player has put in some great performances. EA has seen this too as they have already given Sanchez an upgrade with a IF card with an overall rating of 85.

Now, if Sanchez keeps up his form during the busy month of December, EA will have no choice but to upgrade his stats permanently by the time the FIFA 15 January update is live on FIFA 15 Ultimate Team.

We have one video to show you which echoes our feelings. A prediction of an upgrade to an 85 rating overall has been given, with an 86 card if he manages to get another IF rating by the time FIFA 16 is out.

Watch the clip below and let us know what you think. Do you agree Sanchez needs an upgrade? Who else would you pick for an upgrade from EA based on performance so far?
