FIFA 14 Ozil in Arsenal shirt with celebrations video

Earlier this week we wondered if Daniel Sturridge’s dance celebration would make it into FIFA 14 officially. Now, we’re pleased to confirm this as a fact with the release of a new EA trailer for the game. Additionally, the clip also gives you the first opportunity to see Arsenal’s new signing Mesut Özil in the red shirt.

You’ll be pleased to know that EA hasn’t forgotten about adding most of the new and notable celebrations into FIFA 14 from last season. Along with Sturridge’s now infamous dance, we can also see that Gareth Bale’s ‘heart’ celebration is in the game, as is a hilarious animation with new PSG striker Edinson Cavani doing Gangnam Style.

Players will be able to perform the new celebrations simply by entering a short button combination on your controller immediately after scoring. The visuals for the new celebrations look absolutely fantastic and we can tell that a lot of FIFA 14 fans are going to have some great fun with these – especially Ronaldo’s ‘calm down’ celebration right at the end of the clip.

For Arsenal fans in particular, this video is especially a treat for you. You get to witness new signing Mesut Özil in an Arsenal shirt, performing a celebration with Theo Walcott after scoring a goal.

As far as we’re aware, this is the first time that we’ve seen him on FIFA 14 in his new Arsenal shirt, so it is well worth watching.

Which celebration do you think looks the best from this video? We’ve noticed that a lot of you are disappointed that the Daniel Sturridge doesn’t look as accurate as in reality. Do you think some of the celebrations could have been better?

Also, are there any celebrations that EA have missed out in this clip?
