FIFA 12: Release looms closer with trophy / achievement list for Xbox 360, PS3

We recently informed you about a brand new video teaser for FIFA 12 which focused on the form and morale of a player during the main career mode of the upcoming football game, but now we have a list of achievements for those who are looking to collect every possible reward up for grabs.

As expected, there are plenty of trophies and achievements up for grabs for perfoming certain criteria in the game and courtesy of the FIFA Soccer Blog, we have a full list of awards to show you, ranging from Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and even a few unnamed hidden trophies for you to find out for yourself too.

Highlights for us include the ‘Ruud Boy’ trophy after scoring a goal on the volley, the ‘Megged’ trophy which is self explanatory and also the ‘Riding Bikes’ award which requires players to successfully execute a bicycle kick whilst in game – a task which shouldn’t be too difficult for the hardcore FIFA players. Performing those three tasks will win you one bronze trophy and two silver trophies for your efforts.

Aside from the bronze and silver and gold trophies, there is also one platinum trophy to collect. This one is called the ‘Football Legend’ trophy and it requires players to collect all the main trophies in the game first, and this probably includes the three hidden trophies we mentioned earlier so it’s going to be a very difficult task to achieve for sure.

We have a question for you FIFA fans: How many of you actually play the game intending to unlock the trophies one by one, or do you just play through career mode and unlock them unintentionally? All these trophies combined with the multitude of new features for the game make FIFA 12 a must have game when it releases at the end of the month.
