Fallout 4 beta update 1.2.33 with full PC patch notes

We are pleased to see that Bethesda has now released the first Fallout 4 beta update on Steam. They said that they would be going live sometime this week and now we can bring you the full Fallout 4 PC patch 1.2.33 notes for those that are in the beta and want to know what has changed.

It’s also very important for PS4 and Xbox One users reading this too, as now you can get a heads-up on the changes that are likely to be coming to console as well, with Bethesda saying that console updates will come after the PC version has been updated.

Some of you may have expected a longer patch notes list than what we have, but it is a start at least and Bethesda has said that it’s a work in progress at the moment:

You can see from the screenshot above, that key changes include quest fixes for Confidence Man and When Freedom Calls. There’s also a fix for crashes happening when jumping into water and a fix for when weapons would be locked after completing reunions.

Most importantly though, Bethesda has said that they have implemented general stability and memory improvements so hopefully your gameplay experience will be a lot smoother after installing this update.

Remember that you need to opt into the Fallout 4 beta program on Steam to preview the patches before general release – details on how to do that are here.

What are your thoughts on Bethesda’s first patch for the game after launch – what have they missed which you need to see in the next round of updates?

Stay tuned for details soon on when the Fallout 4 PS4 and Xbox One updates will be out.
