EVO 2010 Final: Daigo wins EVO2K – Watch Winning Video

Fans of the annual EVO Gaming Championships will be pleased to know that Daigo ‘The Beast’ Umehara managed to retain his title and win the Championship with a 3-1 victory on Street Fighter IV.

Daigo took on EG Ricky Ortiz from the United States, who used Rufus as his character. The gaming hero from Japan used his trusty Ryu and it was a quite close affair between the two, with Ortiz winning the first round of the match.

We have the video of the final match for you to watch below thanks to YouTube, but unfortunately the match is not completed. Apparently all EVO2K web streams went down at exactly the same time, so you’ll have to make do with this one until we find the complete clip.

Daigo’s title was never in danger was it? Check it out below and let us know your thoughts on the match. Did you watch it live?
