Enticing Frankfurt Motor Show 2013 concept cars

The 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show will be much the same as every year, such as showing off new 2014 model cars and later. However, as with all auto shows we wait in anticipation for the new concept cars, and you will not be disappointed this year.

Over the past few weeks we have already seen some online auto websites enticing Frankfurt Motor Show 2013 concept cars, with one of the most anticipated being the Lexus SUV Concept, which you can see a teaser image of above. Not much is known about this model, but we do know it will compete with the likes of the new Mercedes GLA and the baby Range Rover.

If it’s small you want then you may be interested in the Toyota Yaris Hybrid-R concept, which you can see here. The Yaris has not been the most exiting model from the Japanese car manufacturer, but this new concept is set to change all that.

Kia has come a long way in the last decade because they make some seriously cool cars now, but nothing like the upcoming Kia concept car with a focus for the European market. Again, not much is known about this concept, but we’re told it will have a curved roofline for a sporty appearance.

We believe we have saved the best till last, and that is the Audi Quattro concept design for Frankfurt 2013. The car has a wide aggressive stance and will be powered by a standard engine and an eclectic motor, much like the Porsche 918 Spyder. It’s been reported that this Audi Concept can reach 60 mph from standstill in 3.5 seconds, not bad for a Hybrid.

These are just a handful of Frankfurt Motor Show 2013 concept cars, but which one are you looking forward to seeing?
