Finally, it looks like one gamer has listened to the expected England v Uruguay lineup and produced a FIFA 14 game with what we’d like to see as the starting positions in England’s vital World Cup football match taking place in a few hours time. You can see Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney in a new position that fans know he can play a lot better in, especially compared to playing down the left.
Liverpool Football Club’s Daniel Sturridge has taken a centre position in front of Rooney, although now down the left is another Manchester United player, Danny Welbeck, and some say he’d play a lot better replacing Rooney in that place compared to England’s last game against Italy. You’ll find LFC’s Raheem Sterling down the right in this FIFA 14 England lineup, and this prediction follows an official statement by R. Raheem saying he’d be happy to play anywhere.
The previous England vs. Uruguay prediction made in FIFA 14 gameplay didn’t feature the most likely starting positions, although the video you’ll find below this article looks much more like the England lineup we’d expect to see today from Roy Hodgson.
Would you be happy to see England start with the lineup and positions seen above? If not, who would you like to see play for England and where against Uruguay? Take a look at the predicted England v Uruguay lineup in the screenshot above, watch the gameplay below resulting in a disappointing 2-0 win to Uruguay, then share a comment.
Personally, we’re expecting England to win 2-1 today, how about you? Leave comments below.
