Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – First Gameplay Trailer Countdown

Bethesda has been pretty quiet over the last few weeks in terms of fresh info on the hugely anticipated Elder Scrolls V game, but we’re pleased to say that it’s all going to change in a matter of hours.

That’s because the developer has now started a countdown on the official website for Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and they have confirmed that when the timer reaches 0, the world will get it’s first glimpse of some actual gameplay footage – boy we can’t wait!

If you head to the website now, you see that aside from the ongoing countdown, there is the opportunity to download a wallpaper for your PC or Mac computer, although you may want to get a more exciting background than the image shown.

After the amazing game in Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, we really hope that Skyrim delivers. In a way, we can’t really have too many complaints if Skyrim doesn’t turn out as good as Oblivion, as the game in my opinion is one of the greatest RPGs of all time. Just as long as Skyrim is there or there abouts will be good enough for us.

What will you be watching the trailer for, gameplay, graphics, or a combination of both? Just over 10 hours to go folks, time to get excited. Let us know your expectations of the game.
