Elder Scrolls Online beta releases new invites

If you are an Elder Scrolls Online fan hoping to trail the beta version of the game then you may be in luck, as new closed beta invites have been released. Developer Zenimax are allowing more players to enter the game this weekend, so check your email now for your invite!

If you have not signed up for the beta then you should do immediately as the invites are already being sent. The new batch of invites were announced on the official Elder Scrolls Online website, who recommend that players check their spam folder and promotions tab in Gmail too, in case the invite gets lost in the virtual mail.

Even if you are not lucky enough to make the cut this time around, Zenimax has confirmed more chances will be offered between now and the April 4th PC and Mac launch. The new round of beta players, a reported 500,000 will be unleashed into the game on February 7th.

If you are fortunate enough to be invited into the beta then be warned that all content is still subject to the non-disclosure agreement as the game is still technically in development. Players are encouraged to enjoy the test experience in the run up to launch, but refrain from sharing details, videos and photos with others.

This new batch of closed beta invites is great news for fans, perhaps a more solid opinion will be spread now that more players are joining after initial mixed reviews. You may also want to keep up with some of other other ESO news, like the Imperial Edition dominating the standard edition in pre-orders and how the ESO could have a positive impact on a future Elder Scrolls 6 release.

If you are lucky enough to have been invited to the new Elder Scrolls Online beta then let us know your thoughts on it in the comments section. Will you buy the ESO on launch regardless of how the beta plays out?
