EE problems with 3G and 4G down for some

Back on November the 4th EE were having problems in London, and now it seems like EE is down for some users again in London, along with other areas within the UK, such as Manchester, Birmingham and Sheffield. Engineers are aware of this issue and are already trying to resole the issue, but they have not given us a timescale as to when the EE status will go from problems for some to no issues at all.

Some EveryThing EveryWhere customers have already been in touch to tell us they have been unable to get 4G, and in some cases 3G is down as well, meaning they can only receive GPRS. That is not all, as customers have also complained about poor signal, with certain areas only showing 1 bar.

EE problems

Tweets have already started to come in complaining about EE’s poor service, although this is not as bad as the constant Yahoo Mail down problems, which seems to happen on a weekly basis.

We have received complaints from readers saying things like, “When is the signal going back on”, to “No signal in eb or Brighton”, and “no signal in Scarborough – lousy service we’ve come to expect”. Those are just the tip pf the iceberg, and so you should look on Twitter to see just how many people are having issues with signal and overall service.
