Usually when we see celebrities arrive at award ceremonies they turn up in fuel guzzling limousine etc, however lately we have been seeing celebs arrive in eco-friendly vehicles Mercedes-Benz, one of which is the new S400 Hybrid.
This Sedan is the world’s first production hybrid vehicle to use a lithium-ion battery, apparently it offers S-Class performance and luxury whilst delivering “extraordinary” fuel efficiency, also we can confirm that this has not resulted in less trunk space.
The S400 Hybrid features a 3.5-liter V-6 engine and an electric motor, combined this creates 295 horsepower, also there is 7-speed automatic transmission with Touch Shift. It is capable of 0-60MPH in 7.2 seconds and delivers 19 mpg in the city and 25 mpg on highways.

Famous actors/actresses who have backed the S400 Hybrid include Gerard Butler, Tobey Maguire and Demi Moore, also Natalie Portman recently said “It’s good that there are now vehicles with alternative fuel options, from clean diesel, hybrid and even hydrogen, that are becoming more widely available”.
