Early GTA V Online 1.16 update analysis

As with most days that produce new content for games, you can expect some of the finer details to leak. Today, we have some early Grand Theft Auto V Online 1.16 update information just a few hours before the content is expected to hit the game. Most of Product Reviews readers will know the GTA V 1.16 update is rumored to include Flight School DLC today, but you might not know about the vehicles, tattoos, and clothing before the 10-11am UK release time arrives.

If we are going to see this new update, then the GTA V 1.16 download will appear by 11am. We’ve managed to track down a couple of videos that are now embedded below on this page, and these come from a well followed YouTube user with plenty of solid information contained within.

The first video you’ll see looks at what should be the official GTA V Flight School DLC trailer and the second touches on the expected content. Both of these videos contain fresh information and arrived within the last 24 hours. The blurry screenshot below shows what could be colored jet smoke like you see with the Red Arrows.

Within the second video you’ll see a breakdown of what got featured in the leaked trailer. This includes hints at new M4 weapons or assault rifles, jets, and how many people will be able to join in the flight school training at once. You’ll see flight suits in fine detail, some of the training expected like landing helicopters on flatbed trucks, so take a look for the full reveal.

You will also see a number of flags on the parachutes and this could mean you get the opportunity to add your countries flag to a parachute. We’ll soon find out if this is possible, and if so how many countries will be included.

Are you excited about what the trailer reveals for the GTA V Online 1.16 update? Considering it’s also National Aviation Day, it’s almost impossible for new content not to be added to the open world game and the apparent leaks only confirm this.
