Thousands of FIFA 19 users that love a quick game of FUT will be disappointed this morning after seeing a message saying entering a match has been temporarily disabled. It isn’t the first time this has happened and this time is due to EA Sports wanting to fix connectivity problems reported earlier with FUT on FIFA 19.
You’ll see the exact server status error message below within the screenshot. Explaining, “Entering a match has been temporarily disabled, we apologise for the inconvenience and expert match entry to be re-enabled soon. Please try again later”. This was taken on Xbox One, although we believe the same issue will also be on PS4.

EA Help on Twitter has explained match creation will continue to be disabled while the connection issues are investigated, although they don’t have an ETA of when they’ll be back up and fixed. So, those wanting to play their FUT champions or anything else related to match creation won’t be happy this weekend while the servers are down for match creation, of course there is other things you can do in FIFA 19 like squad building challenges, etc.
We’ve reached out to EA in regard to an ETA on when full service will be restored, although are yet to hear back.
