Droid Incredible 2 Accessories: Official Case Sells for $29.99

Verizon are still yet to officially announce the HTC Droid Incredible 2 handset to the public, but we feel they may be forced to do so soon, after images showing an official accessory case appeared online. Come on Verizon, what’s the hold up?

The picture has been obtained by the guys over at Droid-Life, and it shows that one of the accessories will be a shell/holster combo case which also feaures a kickstand to watch videos or view other types of media.

The image also reveals that this item will be priced at $29.99 and we’re guessing that it will be made avaialble on launch day, whenever Verizon decide what that is. Since this is now out there, we have to presume that we’ll at least get an official confirmation this month, and maybe even a full retail launch at the end of the month if we’re lucky.

How many of you are interested in the Droid Incredible 2 though? We still don’t know official specs for the device, but we’re hearing that it will at least be coming equipped with a 1Ghz Tegra 2 dual-core processor – which is a good start. Hopefully Android 2.3 Gingerbread will be there as well.

Are you waiting for the announcement or are you not interested in this handset.
