Drawing Box for iPad: All ages can now enjoy painting and drawing

A great application which will bring out the artist in all of us has recently been released for owners of the iPad. Drawing Box 1.0 is an application which provides a drawing tool for children and parents alike.

Released by independent developer Etienne Nguyen Tan Hon, the app features a vast variety of tools for everyone to create their own great masterpieces. You will find six art brushes in six different sizes, three eraser sizes, 156 colors in two palettes, three paint rolls in six sizes, twenty magic pen effects, and much more.

Children and absolute beginners will find ready to use tools for drawing and creating. Smooth and responsive pencil and brush strokes make the app easy to use. You will also find an option for video replays of your paintings.

Once your creations are complete you can share them with your friends via Facebook, Twitpic, and email. A variety of different backgrounds can be selected, and a quick full screen view is available. Drawing Box 1.0 is available worldwide on the App Store for only $0.99/£0.59. iOS 4.2 required or later. Check the video out of the app below.
