Dragon Age: Inquisition voice character contest

Upcoming action RPG Dragon Age: Inquisition is expected to launch during the third quarter of this year and developers BioWare are holding a contest for gamers to audition their voice with the possibility of this being used as a character within the game. The sequel to Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II makes this the third major title in the series and recently released images have heightened our excitement.

Players can download two scripts and record themselves on film saying the lines in their natural voice for BioWare to whittle down a winner after 14th April. The winner will get the opportunity to be flown out to their studio to record the dialogue in question, providing them with the chance to use their voice for a character.

We are unsure what kind of character they are looking for, although we are sure if this was disclosed fans would be looking to adapt their voice for the part, and not use their natural accent. Whether you can see yourself playing the part of an innkeeper or villainous character this could be a great experience for the winner.

Previously we highlighted some new images with Dragon Age: Inquisition teases of characters like Varric and Cassandra who will be returning in this upcoming RPG. In this we get to see new armour designs, although lead writer of BioWare, David Gaider gives us the impression this could all be subject to change as they are currently unsure about minor details like Varric’s hair colour.

Releasing on a number of platforms Dragon Age: Inquisition is expected to arrive in the third quarter on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PS4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows giving a large majority of gamers the opportunity to enjoy this upcoming sequel.
