Dragon Age 2 Demo: Download Live – Gameplay Video for Xbox 360

We have some great news for Xbox 360 owners now, as the moment has finally arrived for Dragon Age fans. We can confirm that BioWare has now put the demo for Dragon Age 2 online and it’s now available to download from the Xbox Live Marketplace.

As reported from Eurogamer, you’ll see the download the next time you login to the marketplace. We hope you’ve got plenty of space on your hard drive, as the demo will weigh in at a whopping 1.98GB – there’s proof on the official marketplace website here, complete with an overview on what’s contained in the demo.

The demo will give you the chance to play through a prologue of the game before the events of Dragon Age 2, and you’ll be able to play as main character Hawke in a choice of three classes, with unlockables available as you progress. In a further treat for gamers, completing the demo will unlock a weapon called the Hayders Razor which you’ll be able to keep for the full game if you choose to buy it. To take advantage of this extra goodie, make sure you sign in with your EA account whilst playing.

For those of you who have a PS3 and are still waiting to download the demo, we’ve found a gameplay video for you to watch which has been taken from the demo itself. It should keep you busy until the demo arrives on the PlayStation store later on today. Check it out below courtesy of

For those of you that have the demo already – how are you finding it?
