    Haven’t been able to delete items from basket or checkout. Had to visit store then spent 1/2 hour on phone.

    Boots app is down today.
    Will not show me my offers and will not load items into my basket.
    Very annoying at this time of year and also due to covid .
    Its easier to order online hopefully boots will sort this problem out quickly.

    25th Oct 2020 – Boot Website will not load my basket for check out. Has been like this for 1.5 weeks now. Have tried on serveral devices and desktop, seems like this issue has been happening for months, any uodate???

    Boots has been down for several hours as of December 14, 2018. Is anyone else having problems trying to log in to the website right now, or being stuck in a queue?
