26-30 Railcard website problems

The new 26-30 Railcard has now launched in the UK, offering 1/3 off most fares across the UK. Unfortunately though, limited demand for the railcard has resulted in huge website problems for many users.

As a result, we can see that the 26-30 Railcard website is down at frequent moments during the day with a Service Unavailable error and a message that reads: “HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.”

Many users are unhappy with the limited number of tickets available due to the trial, which has caused the website servers to crash meaning customers are unable to buy.

Is the 26-30 Railcard website down on Friday September 22, 2023 with problems for you? Give us your status right now if you have been trying to buy one of the new railcards and we’ll try to help.
