We are pleased to confirm that the highly anticipated Dota 2 6.86 update is now live and available to download to all players.
Previously it was released on the test client early, but now the public release has gone live – although there does appear to be some discrepancy in relation to varying install sizes.
Some of you may see that the Dota 2 6.86 update today is 1.3Gb, while others may get a 922.4MB or 867.7MB update instead.
We’re not sure on the exact reason behind this other than being possibly linked to your location, but the main thing to take out of this is that it is a huge update.
The Dota 2 6.86 update notes are here if you need a reminder, while you can also check out some detailed gameplay footage of the new Arc Warden here if you missed it earlier this week.
Once you have updated, give us your thoughts on the new build as some have said that they are not happy with it.
Are you pleased with the Balance of Power Dota 2 update or not?
