Update: Great news, we have been sent the Delonghi Docle Gusto Eclipse machine to review, and so we will be testing this out over the next week or so, and will then deliver a hands-on review.
Coffee pod machines are very popular now and have come a long way in the few years they have been available. Not only in terms of their technology, but also with the quality of coffee being used inside the pods. We have pretty much tried the big three, which includes Tassimo, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso, and we have to say out of the three, the latter does have the better quality tasting coffee.
However, when it comes to style, then Dolce Gusto wins hands down, and their two new machines, the Movenza and Eclipse are a fine example of this. We really do love their design, but what really concerns us is the fact that there is a lack of reviews.
In fact, there are no hands-on reviews of the Dolce Gusto Movenza and Eclipse coffee machines at all, and when you look on the likes of Amazon, there are no user reviews either.
We have therefore been in contact with the press department for the company in the hope of having one of these machines sent out in order to do our very own hands-on review, and so we no await a decision.
However, in the meantime, we would love to hear from any one of you that has one of these models to share your experiences in the comments section below.
