Having already seen a few design sketches of the second-generation Kia Cadenza, the official images have been released, and we have already seen some people react negatively to its design.
The 2016 Kia Cadenza exterior design is not a long way off those sketches we saw, and this is where the problem lies, as many fans of the model were hoping a few changes would be made.
We can clearly see that the LED headlamps have a wraparound design, which have a chrome strip that leads to the front grille. From the side the bonnet still looks long, and the rear sports a squared off fender, wide tail lights and twin exhaust tips that can be seen even from the side of the car.
However, looking on the Paul Tan website, we can see that the readers are not happy with some aspects of the exterior design, and so makes us wonder if this could affect 2016 Kia Cadenza reviews once some of the larger auto websites start to dissect its design?
One reader said that the arches are not pronounced enough, and so does not look enough like a BMW – although surely it is better to be different? He also goes on to say the headlights are too small, and the fronts needs to look moe aggressive.
Another said that the grille looks odd, and too much like a Lexus. Other suggestions are that it looks like the upcoming Volvo S90 and that the grille just needs to be made bigger.
What are your thoughts on the design?
