A free weight loss application has just been updated for owners of the iPhone, iPod Touch, and the iPad. Diet2Go 1.3 is great way for users to manage their weight with the innovative free app.
Developed by SimpLabs the app allows users to choose a weight plan from a large database, and then adjust their meal schedule with meal reminders integrated directly in to their device’s calendar. Also included in the app are weight loss tricks and tips.
The diet plans are updated weekly and are created especially for the app, and suit all tastes. One of the new features in the update is a shopping list for all the diets. The interface is simple to use and there is Facebook and Twitter integration.
Diet2Go 1.3 is a free application and is on the App Store. iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad required with OS 3.0 or later.
