Diego Costa in Chelsea FC shirt for FIFA 15

Are you enjoying the 2014 FIFA World Cup? One of the surprise results so far was Netherlands beating Spain 5-1, with Spain featuring Brazilian-born striker Diego Costa – the same player who could be joining Chelsea in the biggest transfer move of the Summer.

Diego Costa is one of the hottest prospects in European football after his stunning season for Athletico Madrid, but his time at the club could be coming to an end with a move to the Premiership.

As a result, seeing Diego Costa in a Chelsea shirt on FIFA 15 looks like a certain prospect now, especially after the player himself was quoted to have said the following: “It is a thing that is about to happen. Things are going in a direction and, if they keep going as they are going, it is the team I will play for in the next season.”

The big question that we want to know is what potential rating Costa will have if and when he lines up for Chelsea on FIFA 15. On FIFA 14, the player shipped with an 83 rating.

Quite remarkably though, Costa’s performances during the season have resulted in EA upgrading the player right up to a stunning 90 rating, thanks to being included in the La Liga team of the season awards.

Even without that, Costa received as many as three in-form cards up to an 86 rating. If he moves to Chelsea FC, we are willing to bet that he will definitely receive an upgrade for FIFA 15 that is higher than the 83 rating on FIFA 14 – 88-90 is a good prediction.

Are you ready to see Diego Costa in a Chelsea FC shirt on FIFA 15 and of course as a Chelsea player on FIFA 15 Ultimate Team? Remember that he will be joining Cesc Fabregas too which is already official.
