If you have decided to skip the PS3 release of Diablo 3, in favor of picking up the PS4 version instead, we have some very good news for you this week. It has been a rumor for many months, but we can finally confirm that Diablo 3 on PS4 is going to have support for the promising Remote Play feature on PS Vita.
What this basically means, is that you’ll be able to pick up the PS4 copy and play it on the PS Vita from the moment you paused the game on PS4. It’s fantastic to finally get confirmation on this, as you won’t need us to tell you how impressive Diablo 3 is going to look on the 5-inch PS Vita.
It also appears that Blizzard are as happy about this as you will be too. The developer has revealed the news over on Twitter, showing evidence of Diablo 3 running on PS Vita – as well as confirming that the game looks ‘awesome’.
Just to remind you, the PS4 version of the game is going to include the Diabo 3 Reaper’s Soul DLC expansion pack. At the moment, there has been no confirmation on whether Diablo 3 is going to be made available on the Xbox One, although you can pick up the game now on Xbox 360 if you like.
"Will Remote Play on the PS Vita be available for #D3 Ultimate Edition on #PS4?" The answer is yes, and it's awesome! pic.twitter.com/Rg059nXZMF

How pleased are you about this confirmation from Blizzard? It’s no secret that the PS Vita needs more games to boost its portfolio, but the idea of playing Diabo 3 on the Vita could increase PS Vita sales alone.
Are you tempted to pick one up during the 2013 Holiday sales now?
