The Debenhams Blue Cross Sale has been running for a few days now, and the website has been ok up until now. However, rather than using the app, we thought we would have a look on the website in order to order a few clothing items, as it is far easier to see the details on the clothes on a 27-inch iMac. However, it seems the Debenhams website is not working correctly.
We just have to say that the Debenhams website is not down, it’s just not working correctly, and so there are a few intermittent issues, and has been like that for the past hour at least.
While trying to go down to certain categories all seems well, but it is when you actually try to narrow your selection down, let’s say to size, a particular style or even by best discount that you come across the issue.
We’re Sorry, the page you have selected is not available – is the error that many consumers are facing when navigating the Debenhams website, and looking on the Facebook and Twitter page, the company seems unaware or just oblivious of the issue.
There seems to be no sign of a fix, as like we said, this issue has been like it for the past hour, but we will try to make contact with the technical team to see if they are actually aware of the issue.
