We have seen a number of curved devices arrive on the market already and now it looks like Apple may soon be ready to give the world their take on the technology, according to a recent report published this week.
Bloomberg sources say that Apple is now actively working on a curved iPhone that will have the ability to curve inwards from the middle of the display.
The design could be similar to the LG Flex smartphone and Bloomberg say that it could arrive on the market to buy in 2020.
On top of this, the same report also suggests that Apple are working on hover gestures, which will allow users to interact with the display without actually touching it.
If these gestures make their way onto a curved iPhone, then we could have a device that is purely marketed for those who love technological advances and want an iPhone ‘from the future’ to show off to their friends.
It also sounds incredibly expensive given how much the iPhone X costs at the moment, but we would love to see how Apple introduce a curved iPhone to the world.
What are your thoughts on this idea – would you buy a curved iPhone?
