Crux Loaded iPad case, turns tablet into netbook

The Apple iPad 2 is undoubtedly one of the most popular devices out on the market at the moment, some people even preferring them to laptops. For those of you who own iPads but prefer the laptop layout we have some interesting news for you.

Crux has announced the Loaded clamshell case for iPads. It completely incases the tablet and has a built in keyboard and external battery. This design turns the iPad into a monitor so it looks as though you are working on a laptop complete with trackpad.

The external battery that the Loaded case comes with offers an extra 7.5 hours of life. If you like the sound of this case you can get one for yourself for around the price of $249, unfortunately you won’t be able to get your hands on one until the fall of this year.
