For those of you that need to be connected to the internet wherever you are in the world whether it is for business reasons or just like to be able to stay in touch with loved ones, here is news of a device you may be interested in.
Clearwire have combined with Comcast in the past to produce the WiMAX and now Comcast have returned to add the Xfinity 3G/4G MiFi device or if you prefer mobile hotspot, to its 2go line of Xfinity Internet devices.
For those who aren’t familiar with mobile hotspots they are basically a router that you can take with you as they pick up broadband wherever they are. They also can be used for sharing over the same network.
As the article at Comcast.com explains there is no need for USB connection or a PPC, these MiFi devices allow other mobile devices to connect to the internet wirelessly. Click the link to find out more about the device.
