Collaborative whiteboard app for iPad, Jot! in real time

A new version of whiteboard applications is available for easy use over the internet. Jot! Is a useful way of sharing your quick sketch ideas using real time, with this collaborative whiteboard app for the iPad.

Jot! Gives the user a chance to make notes, write a message or draw a picture all in real time to collaborate online. No need for constant tapping just jot away, try showing off sketches using email or just save them as images. In an article by Tabula Rasa more information is given about the 4.5 star rating Jot!

Use this whiteboard app to type in text, cut, copy, paste and duplicate quick ideas. Draw up sketches using your finger or a stylus without constant tedious option menus. You can also look and change jots on an external projector or monitor using the VGA adapter.

You can join a Live Sharing session in read-only mode without a subscription free. An active auto-renewable subscription is available at $4.99 monthly or $39.99 yearly for United States customers, using your iTunes account. A free two-week trial is available. Automatic renew will commence unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To turn off auto-renewal just tap on “View Account” in the App Store.

This whiteboard app has had four new updates from June 2010 onwards and Apple classed Jot as a “new and noteworthy” iPad app. Jot is welcome addition as an easy use collaborative whiteboard application, for more information head over to the App Store.
