COD Advanced Warfare companion app anger over Clan Wars

With the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare game coming with Clan Wars, it was obvious that the mode would filter over to the companion app, which begins with a pre-qualifying war. You will need to make sure that you are placed well in the war during November 15 — 16, as that will determine your division ranking for the first official Clan War that is set to start on November 26 to December 1st.

The mobile companion app will launch side-by-side with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and will be available for the Android, iOS, Windows Phone and Kindle, and it hasn’t taken them long to get vocal about Clan Wars, as some of them are not overly impressed with the return of the mode.

COD Advanced Warfare companion app anger

Activision says the app has a greater focus on Clan Wars because it will give you an enhanced experience, allowing you to create unique content, as well as enriched Clan management. Even though it is good that Clan Wars will be experienced in a far better way on the companion app, there is no getting away from the fact that the community are not happy, and is not afraid to share.

Some of them have been saying that it was rubbish the first time around, and so there is no reason why it will not be rubbish for the second time.

Several of them have also gone on to say that gamers should have been asked, as many of them would have been more in favor of Clan OPs, but we guess that is just down to personal taste.

Whatever happens, Clan Wars is here to stay, and you will just have to get used to it being such a huge part of the COD Advanced Warfare companion app. Before you download the companion app you might be interested to know that the install size for the game itself on the PS4 and Xbox One are 42.6GB for the former and 45.84GB for the latter.
