Chelsea’s Eden Hazard loves FIFA 15 UK Cover

It has been a long time coming, but this week EA has finally revealed the FIFA 15 UK cover star. That honor has fallen to Chelsea FC’s Eden Hazard who has been chosen, beating off likely competition from Man Utd’s Wayne Rooney and Liverpool FC’s Daniel Sturridge in the process.

It’s a surprise choice for many given that Eden Hazard is not an English player and traditionally, EA would select at least one English player for the UK version of the game.

This year is going to be different though with Belgian Hazard and Argentinian superstar Lionel Messi on the cover. As you can imagine, Eden Hazard is very happy with the news and has already taken to social media to share some pictures taken with EA to the world.

Eden Hazard is loving the spotlight that is now coming his way after being chosen, but do you think it is the right choice? After all, this is the same player that was in second place in the PFA awards behind Luis Suarez, so some are not surprised that Hazard was chosen.

Others expected at least one English player to be chosen though, which is why we had a feeling that Sturridge had an excellent chance after such a good season for Liverpool.

Give us your reaction to the FIFA 15 cover which you can see in an official piece of artwork below. Was it the right choice in the end?
