Cartoon HD app with iPad update v2.2

Those who continue to use the Cartoon HD app for Android, iPhone and iPad have been met with a surprise software update. Cartoon HD v2.2 is now live for iPad and other platforms, adding new content to the app as well as offering visual improvements as well compared to the previous versions.

As most of you are well aware now, the Cartoon HD download was removed from Apple’s App Store as it included copyright content that Apple simply couldn’t allow on their store.

However, there has been other methods used to obtain the app and we’ve tested it out for review purposes and seen that a new update has become available.

It has highlighted some new content at the homepage of the app to make it easier to find for users, whilst we’ve also noticed that users can also search for content using a search bar as well, which wasn’t available in the previous version.

It’s interesting that the Cartoon HD app continues to be updated despite the fact that the app has been removed from the App Store – is this a sign of things to come in the future with other apps perhaps?

Obviously the app is still a grey area for many of you, but for those that have access – have you noticed the new Cartoon HD update 2.2 as well?

Let us know what you think of the app and if you have no problems using it on a daily basis, since it remains very popular.
