Canon REALiS WX450ST, WX6000 projectors at InfoComm 2014

The conference part of InfoComm 2014 started on the 14th of June and ends on the 20th, but the exhibition side of things starts tomorrow and also ends on June 20th, and will give people a chance to get up close and personal with a few products.

Two products of interest are the Canon REALiS WX450ST and the REALiS WX6000 Pro AV Installation projectors. Canon will be at its booth during the event to offer a hands-on demonstration of both projectors, allowing you to get much closer than usual.

As part of the review there will be real-world applications, which will be used to help highlight the many impressive features of the new REALiS models. Two of the main areas of focus will be to picture quality and how flexible its installation process is.

The Canon REALiS WX450ST Pro AV projector mains specs consist of 1440 x 900 resolution, throw ratio of 0.57:1, which will give you a seven-foot screen from just 4 feet away. Other features include 2000:1 contrast ratio, 4500 lumens and much more, all of which can be found on the Canon USA website.

REALiS WX6000 Pro AV specs are only slightly better than the model above, as you have the same resolution, although you do get 5700 lumens of brightness, but its contrast ratio of 1000:1 is not as good. Head over to Canon to see just how the two compare, or if you are in the area, then head down to the InfoComm 2014 event at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
