Call of Duty: Black Ops – New Screenshots for Xbox 360, PS3

Just in case you were feeling starved from a lack of Call Of Duty: Black Ops news, Activision has just released 20 new screenshots for you to take a look at. They are not gameplay screenshots, but images taken from cut scenes rather.

It is a shame that these screenshots are not taken from actual gameplay, but they are pretty nice nevertheless. The visuals are an obvious step up from World at War, and they also confirm that the single player campaign will be taking place in a variety of locations.

We are expecting further details to come from Treyarch at Gamescom – mainly the official confirmation of Zombie Mode. Yesterday we told you that an IMDB listing had leaked details of the popular mode already, but it will be much better to hear it from Treyarch themselves.

Take a look at the new screenshots here courtesy of Destructoid and let us know your thoughts on the upcoming game. It is due out November 9th on multiplatform.
