Are you ready for one last BlackBerry Z10 leak before RIM’s highly anticipated event on January 30? We have seen so many BB10-related leaks in the past two weeks that it almost feels deliberate on RIM’s part. We’re not too bothered about it though as the new OS and supported devices are looking amazing. We now have confirmation that the BlackBerry Z10 will also be coming in a slick white version as well.
White versions of smartphones are still as popular as ever, and the industry probably has Apple to thank for popularizing it with the general consumer base. Since the days of the white iPhone 3GS, other manufacturers have since followed by including white versions of their devices as well.
RIM is no different it seems and will be giving users the option of a white color for the touchscreen-based and very impressive looking BlackBerry Z10. An image has leaked showing the white version of the device alongside its black counterpart and was originally uploaded to Instagram before swiftly being deleted.
To give you a recap of the specs we can expect to see, the Z10 is thought to include a 4.2-inch HD display, a 1800mAh battery, 2GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video recording and 16GB of storage which is expandable via MicroSD card. If you had to choose between a white BlackBerry Z10 or a black one, would you go with the white instead?
The back casing looks like its designed with some textured materials, so hopefully it won’t be too prone to getting dirty. We just have a few days left until the big reveal, so look forward to seeing the white Z10 revealed in an official capacity soon.
